How Relynt, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information, and your privacy choices.

This Privacy Notice for Relynt, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you visit our website at http://www.getrelynt.com, download and use our mobile application (Relynt), or engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events.

1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include: names; email addresses; phone numbers; billing addresses; debit/credit card numbers; and job titles.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the associated security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe; you may find their privacy notice at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Third-Party Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register using your existing Google or Microsoft account. If you choose to register this way, we will collect certain profile information from that provider.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we may also collect mobile device access (such as your calendar, contacts, and reminders), mobile device data, and push notification preferences, depending on the permissions you grant. You can change these in your device's settings.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. We collect this primarily to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting. We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including log and usage data and device data.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.

To enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services and to update our records, we may obtain information about you from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and other third parties. This information may include mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data, IP addresses, and social media profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.

Where we rely on consent, the purpose is off until you opt in (in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland); where we rely on legitimate interests or provide notice, it operates unless you opt out (in the United States). We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some help us maintain security and basic functions; others, used with third parties, support analytics and advertising.

Google Analytics

6. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?

In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies ("AI Products"). We provide these through third-party service providers, including Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI, and Hugging Face. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these providers to enable your use of our AI Products.

Our AI Products are designed for the following functions: AI applications, AI bots, natural language processing, and text analysis. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.

7. How do we handle your third-party account logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a third-party account (like Google or Microsoft), we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party account details (like your Google or Microsoft account). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from that provider, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. We use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by that provider.

8. Is your information transferred internationally?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and the third parties with whom we share it, including in the United States and other countries. If you are a resident in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country; however, we take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. These clauses can be provided upon request.

9. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

10. How do we keep your information safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

11. Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete such data. 12. What are your privacy rights?

In Short: Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, which may include the right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and not to be subject to automated decision-making. You can make such a request by contacting us using the details in the "How can you contact us about this notice?" section.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related messages.

Account information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings or contact us. Upon your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

13. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. California law requires us to disclose that we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

Global Privacy Control. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, including the CCPA, and we apply it automatically. 14. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know whether we process your personal data and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; obtain a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal data, and certain profiling; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Sales, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising and retargeting technologies may constitute “sharing” (and, under some US state laws, a “sale”) of certain identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of and which we apply automatically when we detect a Global Privacy Control signal. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have “shared” the categories of Identifiers and Internet or Network Activity for targeted advertising.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise these rights, you can contact us by submitting a data subject access request or by emailing privacy@getrelynt.com. We will verify your identity as required by law and respond within the statutory timeframe. You may use an authorized agent, subject to proof of authorization.

Appeals

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@getrelynt.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

California “Shine the Light” law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
